My artistic approach on a wedding day starts with your first message to me. My wedding style is personal, intimate, and vulnerable with hidden easter eggs that only you would know the meaning of..and that starts with getting to know you and your wedding choices (and why you chose them) and that beginning is very precious to the work that I do for my couples. your wedding day should feel like you in every single way and it's my job to make sure that happens for my couples. i love realism photography and playing into the natural lighting of a scenario. if you are getting married in a dark-lit cathedral, you can expect moody photos that represent that. if you are getting married in islands of san juan on a bright summer day.. your photos with me are going to reflect the day exactly as it felt. I love to tell couples interested in working with me that i am a true to color photographer with an emphasis on light and shadows. my photography has a depth to it that is in almost every photo whether it's a photo of you and your mom getting ready or a flat lay of all of your wedding details, it will likely have a good amount of depth within the photo. during a wedding day i focus on capturing real genuine moments with slight posing to them. i will always do my best to not disturb or interrupt a moment, but i want to make sure you look your absolute best in front of my camera. sometimes i run my couples through hand signals that can help us during the day based on their goals during our consultations so i can communicate from far away. i try and stick to only my couples main component goals so we can stay relaxed, stress- free, but still have creative success during your celebration and time hiring me as a photographer. I love candid moments with just a hint of artistic direction basically. This is how i keep the same level oh awareness of artistic energy in all of my photos, no matter who is in front of my camera. My goal is always for you to walk away with the same excellence you hired me for, and for most of my couples.. it's the way i know how to photograph even the most normal looking things in a beautiful way.

From Oregon coast air bnb weddings to hampton wedding celebrations, my style begins with my poetic eye. i blend a documentary style with a fashion-forward editorial romantic style. I use height often to change the angle and backgrounds of different settings and i am even working up to being able to legally operate a licensed drone soon!

Wedding photography for me is more about the full experience. the way you open your initial emails from me, the gift box you open on wedding day, and the gasp of confidence you get after seeing yourself in my lens is the true passion behind everything i do. i love to work with all body types, untraditional couples, lgbtq+ couples and couples with a vision that someone else probably said was "weird" when they were planning.
